Some, although not all, items are returnable within the first 14 days after receipt of the order with prior authorization.
Non-returnable items would be made to order clothing, such as, Zen clothing, meditation shirts, pants, skirts, robes, shawls, back jacks, gongs, most all meditation supplies, antique items, malas and gardening items are non-returnable. If there is a challenge with the garment not fitting, it will be better to seek out a local tailor or seamstress to adjust the sizing.
Opened items which can't be returned are: CD's, DVD's, incense, soaps and any sealed consumable items are not returnable once opened.
The clothing selections not made to order can be exchanged for another size once in the first 30 days after authorization in most but not all cases.
Shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.
After prior authorization, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a restocking charge of 15%. Some merchandise is non-returnable, and is so marked in most all cases.
Order cancellations, if authorized by our company, must take place within 30 minutes of placing the order, unless it's after 8pm, PST, then it falls into the following day. Respond immediately by email from our contact us page. We need adequate time to review and respond.
Order cancellations which take place after the first 30 minutes, on the same day, allowing staff to respond, and process the request with a voided order. After 30 minutes from order placement a 15% cancellation charge will take place to cover our transaction costs, staff time and warehouse order set-up. Many items are considered sold once the order is placed, and cancellations may not be accepted. These items are marked as such.
With a damaged shipment expect to receive your refund within several weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item simply contact us first to discuss the return. We'll notify you back via e-mail usually within 24-48 hrs( except for holidays and weekend.) In the event of a return, the return shipping is paid for by the customer.
All returns should be authorized first prior to sending them.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
