Giving / Philanthropy

Since our inception in September of 1996, Four Gates has contributed a portion of our profits throughout the year to local, national and international organizations. Our commitment to the values of generosity, giving and philanthropy are part of why we do what we do for a living.

Some of the dozens of non-profit charitable organizations include:

American Forests, the oldest national nonprofit conservation organization in the country, advocates for the protection and expansion of forests.

Andre House Shelter services in Phoenix, Arizona.

Located in the heart of the Capital Mall District, we make our services available to hundreds of people in need every day. André House was founded by two Holy Cross Priests in 1984, combining elements of the Catholic Worker movement with the charism of the Congregation of Holy Cross. We dedicate ourselves to serving Jesus through others, as we are challenged in the Gospel, "...I was a stranger, and you welcomed me. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you took care of me. I was in prison, and you visited me.” (Matthew 25:35-36)

CARE is a leading humanitarian organization fighting global poverty. We place special focus on working alongside poor women, families and building sustainable economic communities.

Covenant HouseSince 1972, we've opened our doors to more than 1.5 million young people experiencing homelessness and survivors of human trafficking. Every young person at Covenant House receives a warm bed, food, health and wellness services, a case manager, and, most important of all, unconditional love and absolute respect.

Emaho Foundation. This non-profit organization is devoted to the work of ZaChoeje Rinpoche. All of his work is centered on teaching and assisting the region of Tibet he is originally from for the past five generations.

Garchen Institutue. The Garchen Buddhist Institute in Chino Valley has been constructed through the extraordinary generosity of several principal donors. The institute represents the Kagyu Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism, which traces its origin back to the historic Buddha, Shakyamuni through Marpa, the great translator and yogi, who brought back the unbroken lineage from India to Tibet.

HOPE worldwide's vision is to bring hope and change the lives of the world's most poor, sick and suffering.

HOPE worldwide is an international charity that changes lives by harnessing the compassion and commitment of dedicated staff and volunteers to deliver sustainable, high-impact, community-based services to the poor and needy.

One Tree Planted, reforestion both in the USA and in other countries.

Every One Tree Planted project has its own unique challenges and opportunities, but what holds true no matter where you go is that when done correctly, reforestation changes lives for the better. When you Plant trees for Impact, you are making it possible for our reforestation partners, who have dedicated their lives to restoring the landscapes they love, to do what they do best: plant trees where they are needed the most. Reforestation helps the environment by guaranteeing or accelerating the re-establishment of healthy forest structure after extreme events such as forest fires, regrowing the forest canopy, and preserving biodiversity within the ecosystem.

Red Cross. They provide disaster relief at home and abroad, CPR certification and first aid courses, blood donation, and emergency preparedness. Support the American Red Cross.

St. Mary's Food Bank Arizona

St. Mary’s Food Bank exists to help feed hungry families throughout Phoenix and nine Arizona counties. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit entity. All gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.

UNICEF.  UNICEF is a humanitarian, educational and relief organization working toward the day when ZERO children die from preventable causes and every child has a safe and healthy childhood.

We appreciate your business, since increased flow of energy into our company helps us help the local, national and international efforts to increase well-being in our sometimes troubled world.

Many thanks for helping us to support much needed projects benefiting others.
