Japanese Iron Rin Gong 7"

Zen Iron Rin Gong 7" diameter, 4.25" deep; includes support cushion and striker. The richer, deeper base tones which emanate from the large Iron Rin Gongs are deeply calming.

The Iron Zen Gong is a meditation instrument most often used to at the beginning and and closing of meditation practice or for yoga practice sessions. The gong is a beneficial transition because it has a clear "voice" which penetrates throughout space sweeping a path for the mind. We always use them in our meditation life, and find a gong indispensable as a means of focusing ourselves.

Zen Gongs are also helpful for reducing appetite, stress reduction and relaxation any time you are feeling tense.
