Hakama Skirt

The Hakama(pictured in black) is a full-length Japanese Zen sitting skirt worn by men or women. The skirt is part of our Zen Meditation clothing line.

The Hakama skirt is double pleated in front and the rear which allows ample room for cross-legged sitting or kneeling.

The Hakama can be worn with a Jubon, aka, Juban white shirt, and/or with a Half Length Kimono Guest Robe jacket. The Hakama is made of black 100% cotton.

The model is also wearing a white Jubon shirt, which must be ordered separately.

Please add 15% for larger sizes XL - XXXL.

Colors other than black and white are 15% additional.

If you want one made from a different fabric, place an order, and then contact us to advise that you're sending a fabric of your choice.

These garments are made to order but are not custom sized. If you're not height weight proportionate, there may be custom sizing required which requires an additional investment.

If you need help selection the correct size we are happy to respond via e-mail. Often garments take approximately 3 weeks to produce.
