Our selection is strung on a strong, flexible cord and includes 2 cut natural turquoise bead with a single cut green bead accented with silver rings. It features ah traditional Tibetan Protection Knot tassel as well.

Crystal malas are associated with Chenrezig, aka, Avalokiteshvara, the Love and Compassion Bodhisattva. In Sanskrit it's pronounced, "Om Mani Padme Hum", whereas in Tibetan, "Om Mani Peme Hung."

This naturally clear stone is also associated with Vairocana, the Primordial Buddha of the East, the direction from which the sun rises. In some mandalas He is shown at the center vs in the east. His mantra is Om Vairocana Hum.
