Tibetan Singing Bowls
Tibetan Singing Bowls are used for healing, clearing mind, relaxing emotions and invoking a peaceful state of mind. Play them in groups with several to creating a moving blend of sounds.
You can strike a Tibetan Singing Bowl, and then rub the rim of it in a clockwise direction for 10-15 seconds, then release. Allowing the beautiful sound to clear mental chatter, quiet conflicting emotions, and relax the body. Using the instrument in this way produces a sense of stillness, calmness and clarity.
Tibetan Singing Bowls are often played to create the deepest relaxation, to calm unsettled nerves and instill a peaceful atmosphere. This instrument is exceptional for stress management for use in tradtional psycho-therapy, group therapy or 12 step meetings.
