Shower Yourself in The Morning With Sacred Songs or Chants.

One of the best ways to start the day is by listening to inspirational songs or sacred chants that inspires you. Taking a 10-15 minute vibrational shower in song or chant creates greater well being, and will help get your day off to a good start.

Sacred or inspirational sounds have a similar affect on your aura as taking a shower has on your physical body. It cleanses your whole nature with sound. Positive sounds wash away residue of any negative sensations, emotions and thoughts causing soul realignment with your Source, God, Soul and Enlightened Mind. This is easy to do, and enriches your entire day.

Another way to wash yourself vibrational is through singing or chanting. You might be a “shower singer.” But, don’t be so shy, singing or chanting early in the morning before and after the shower is very healing, balancing your 7 etheric chakras, or primary energy centers.

We offer many exceptionally good music chants, and sacred music at our FourGates.com web store.

Some of my favorites are Om Mani Padme Hum, Tara Chants and any Gregorian chants. There are of course many other uplifting mantra, so take a look to find several of your own liking.

It is often easier to recite these while listening along on the CD, or MP3 player.

Regardless of how you do it, engage in washing yourself in sacred sound several times a day. It is more important than taking a nice shower when it comes to grooming your personality to align with, and present yourself with the Soul, your Inner Guardian. Now that is real hygiene.
