emWave is a Breakthrough in Personal Stress Reduction Technology

What is emWave?

emWave is a Personal Stress Relieving device which is simple, easy to use and very cost effective. This little hand held wonder allows you to touch base with you body, and reduce your stress levels through the most basic bio-feedback. EmWave is a breakthrough in personal stress reduction technology. Some people are experiencing it to be helpful in mind over body pain management when used as an adjunct to medically prescribed solutions.

emWave was the first recipient of the American Institute of Stress Award for Distinction and Innovation for a device of this kind. It is now being used.

On January 10, 2009, the emWave Personal Stress Reliever® was the winner of the Last Gadget Standing People’s Choice Competition. This award represents the best of the top entries during the annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.

But what does all of this mean to you?

Through quickly available feed back, it teaches you to become aware of yourself, and monitor or work through stress naturally. This little wonder technology allows you to know to manage stress more effectively than if you did not have it. Think of it as a hand held stress reduction coach. By using emWave you can reduce life threatening stressers more quickly.

Many medical and healhcare organizations are using it officially. Join the ranks of professionals such as, Kasier Permanente, Duke Medical Center, Stanford, Blue Cross Blue Shield and a growing number of other medical groups with a variety of uses for preventative health care. They have placed their faith in it for staff and patients.

This wonder gadget is now being utilized by a growing number of thousands of people worldwide. The emWave PSR was developed after many years of scientific research into the nature, causes and effects of stress. Researchers at the Institute of HeartMath, within the medical community and other sectors have established a direct correlation between stress and many types of pain and determined that a significant reduction in an individual’s stress level is a highly effective form of pain management.†

We purchased an emWave about 6 months ago after learning about the benefits. Both my partner and I have found it to be easy to use and delivers almost instant feed back regarding our stress levels with 15-20 seconds. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to cultivate the ability to reduce stress through simple routine awareness, and self-induced relaxing, i.e., working with breathe and managing emotional states more mindfully.

† Although the emWave PSR has been scientifically validated for use in a wide range of debilitating conditions, every individual’s situation is somewhat unique. Thus, it is important to consult with a physician or other medical professionals before altering other regimens of pain management, prescription stress medications or other professional advice.
