Daily Showering in the Light of Your Soul

Written By: Christopher May  No Comment

I enjoy encouraging others to make the most of the short life we experience. Even if you live to be 100 years old, life races by and in the blink of an eye is gone. Each moment is precious because it gives us the opportunity to gather ourselves back into the core of love, compassion, wisdom and soulfulness that is our true heritage.

There are so many forces around us which pull us away from our deeper Self. Take time each day for recollection, meaning collecting yourself back into the center of your being.

I wrote these several posts on Grace to my blog some time ago. They would benefit you because there is so much joy in the message shared. Grace is a powerful presence in your life if it is called upon. We need to build a line of open communication between our heart and mind

Cultivate time each day for meditation, inspirational reading and prayer. This is as important as taking a shower, having breakfast or brushing your teeth. Showering in the light of your Soul, enriching your life with positive energy will create enormous benefit in your life.

Develop the habits of enlightenment and service both to yourself and the world at large. Service opens us up to the power of Grace because we become a conduit between the source and the needs of the world. As a result the power of Grace flows into our lives then out to those around us.

Join me on a spiritual training call by signing up for the live conferences at Ask a Spiritual Teacher.com. It is a free resource I created to give you the opportunity to ask spiritual questions about things which matter to you.

If you need any supplies for your meditation practice they can be found at www.FourGates.com.

Be sure to take that Daily Showering in the Light of Your Soul. It will make you radiant, sparkling and clear.

Blessings for your long life and happiness,

Christopher Lee May
